3.Maintain Inventory Norms Standard Decided

4.Bills of Material Management and Control

5.Long Term Planning (KIT Plan and Monthly Plan Preparation)

6.MRP Run

7.Capacity Calculation and Analysis

8.Hands on Experience With MSIL/SMG Supplies Handling

9.Inventory Management

10.Calculation of Machine Efficiency (PEFF Report)

11.Stock Build Up Planning/Simulation

12.Update production plan in SAP

13.Cross check actual SAP production with DPR

14.Weekly Backlog and production plan updating

15.Manpower Plan vs Actual Summary

16.Check and prepare summary for customer schedules FN1/FN2/KDS Kit plan.

17.Prepare MIS (Production report, Scrap rejection reports, Sales report)

18.Documents and data control management

19.Good Excel Knowledge
