Job Description

*Role Summary*

The Head of Program Management is responsible for endtoend ownership of customer programs related to automotive plastic interior systems, including Instrument Panels, Door Panels, and Center Consoles.​ This role ensures ontime, oncost, and onquality program delivery from RFQ through SOP and lifecycle management, coordinating across engineering, tool room, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer interface.

o Injection molding, painting, slush, PU, assembly processes

o Strong APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP Knowledge

o Interior fit, finish, and aesthetic requirements

∙Understanding of tooling development and validation

∙Ability to read and guide CAD / BOM / timing plans
