Job Summary
The General Manager Accounts & Finance will lead the Finaincal strategies, planining and operations of the organtathom. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting Budgeting, Compliance, Audit ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Financial Planning:
1.Develop and implement mancial strategies aligned with Busniess goals.
2.Forecast Bnancial trends and provide insights for derision making

Financial Reporting & Analysis
1.Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and anumal financial statement
2.Analyos financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities

Budgeting & Cost Control
1.Experience to create the Mid-term ba bass plan and monitor and manage the Mid-term busess plan to achive the goals
2.Lead the anual budgeting process and monitor budget adherence
3.Implement cost control measures to improve profitabillity
4.Able to collaborate with related department to creat item that improve
profitability
5.Ability to create budget and perform comparative analysis with monthly financial statment

Compliance & Audit
1.Statuary Audit experience with PwC or other big 4 firms
2.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Tax Law and accounting standard
3.Coordinate Interal and External Audit and Address audit findings

Cash Flow & Treasury Management
1.Manage cash flow, banking relationship and Investment strategic
2.Optimize working capital and liquidty

Team Leadership:
1.Leadership of cross-functional team.
2.Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
3.Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
1.Collaborate with senior management, board members, and external partners.
2.Present financial reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
1.Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
2.Minimum 15-20 years of experience in finance and accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership rule.
3.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and SAP systems.
4.Experience for SAP HANA-2022
5.Proven experience in strategic financial planning
6.Proven experience in Automobile Industry and previous experience in 7.Japanese Company related to Automobile Industries.
