6.Ready to travel to Japan for training if required

7.Ability to work in shift operations

1.Selected GETs may be sent to Japan for technical training based on company requirements.

2.Training in Japanese manufacturing systems and production management.

3.Exposure to advanced manufacturing technology and automation systems.

4.Learning global quality standards and best manufacturing practices.

5.Understanding Japanese work culture, discipline, and continuous improvement philosophy.
