1.Responsible for Tear Down for Benchmarking/Product Audit.
2.Responsible for preparation of manufacturing support document.
3.Prepare offer drawings for various products for approval from customer.
4.Prepare Test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
5.Participate in Design FMEA and prepare DFMEA documents
6.Responsible for Tear Down for Post Endurance WH Investigation.
7.Release ECN’s for relevant changes in Product design during development
8.Maintain product files as per system & maintain the documents as per the TS -16949 requirements.
9.Release ECNs related to existing products against approved ECRNs.
10.Ensure proper control of all controlled documents released by the Design department
11.Get samples assembled and get them tested from Lab as per specifications.
12.Responsible for SRC Development/WH Development.
13.Responsible for Technical Presentation Check & update.
14.To ensure timely product design as per customer inputs/specifications.
15.To get prototypes made wherever required.
16.Get the ECNs made related to existing products and check them.
17.To finalize the ‘Development Schedule of Design’
18.Responsible for Daily Departmental Meeting
19.Responsible for Tech Query Checking & Solution
20.Responsible for Cost Reduction Proposal-VA/VE – Review
21.Responsible for ECN Implementation Activities
