Job Description

Urgently required  : Supervisor – Foundry Production (Madhya Pradesh)   

 

Department : Foundry Production

Qualification: B.E / Engineering Diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience:  Min 2 To 5 Years

Salary : 6 LPA  

Work Location : Madhya Pradesh

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory activities.
  • knowledge of heat treatment process specifically Induction hardening.
  • Hands on experience on Lab equipment like Rockwell hardness tester, Vicker hardness tester, Brinell hardness tester, Microscopy etc.
  • Knowledge of Foundry process specifically Chilled Cast Iron and S G Iron.  Casting foundry.
  • Computer handling knowledge.

 

Experience and Qualification

  • Responsible for preparation & maintain Hardness & Microstructure inspection reports of the Cast Iron, S G Iron, and Induction Hardening camshaft & tappets.
  • Responsible for Customer Specific requirements – Committed to provide accurate and reliable test results.
  • Perform continual improvements & Cost Reduction activities in all areas of operations in Laboratory.
  • Assisting in development of new camshafts Induction hardening process and sample inspection related to lab inspection.
  • Part process approval plan (PPAP) & related documentation of Induction Hardening part testing.
  • Responsible for Verification of camshaft product quality from external NABL lab.
  • Quality Management System
  • Responsible for customer audits etc.
  • Implementation of all the elements of quality system of IATF 16949 activities in functioning areas.
  • Problem Solving
  • Analysis on any abnormality on IH parts – Route cause, Brainstorming
  • Corrective actions planning & implementation
  • PDCA, Poka-yoke implementation
  • Other activities
  • Work with zero accident targets in department at all stages.
  • Effective implementation of best practices of 5S.
  • Man Management
  • Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce.
  • Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement / skill building.
  • Organizing and leading the daily, weekly & monthly meetings related to company’s growth.
  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve high performance
  • B.E / Engineering Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical / Production /  metallurgically branch. OR Graduation – B Sc (Chemistry)

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Age should be 36-38 years or
