Key Skills and Competencies:
•Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
•5–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed manufacturing company
•Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA – FICO module (Mandatory)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of Ind-AS, Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, GST, and Income Tax
•Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
•Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across departments
Preferred Attributes:
•Experience working under CFO or senior finance leadership
•Exposure to IPO processes, quarterly investor reporting, or financial restructuring is an added advantage
•High level of integrity, ethics, and corporate governance understanding
