1.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (Blue color employees)

2.Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms

3.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs

4.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

5.Promote employer branding through innovative hiring strategies

6.Develop and implement effective recruitment and hiring plans to attract high-caliber talent.

7.Source, attract, and engage potential candidates using various channels

8.Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

9.Lead and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance

10.Stay informed on emerging talent acquisition trends

11.Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

12.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
