Job Description

*Should have Experience in Manufacturing / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

▪ Support in QA and QC activities.

▪ Support in QA and QC documents.

▪ Support in defects reductions and Inspections.

▪ Support in customer complaint handling perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.

▪ Train production and quality team on quality standards and best practices.

▪ Knowledge of packaging testing standards (BCT, ECT, Cobb, GSM, Bursting strength etc.

▪ Monitor quality KPI prepare reports and drive continuous improvement activities.

*Requirements :*

▪ Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. Documentation and implementation, customer complain handling ,CAPA and Team handling

▪ Knowledge of Corrugated box manufacturing process.

▪ Inspections and Measurement.

▪ 7QC tools Knowledge.

▪ Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA and control plan knowledge.

▪ Vendor quality management and customer Audit handling
