1.Payroll Management & Contractual Management
2.Statutory & Compliance
3.Employee Relations
4.HR Policies & Documentation
5.Engagement & Admin Support
*Relationship & Authority*
1.Reporting to Head HR.
2.Coordination with other department for above said work.
3.Having the all record related the task which assign to him/her.
4.Responsible for all the HR audit related to IATF, ISO, Customer & Internal Auditor.
*Qualification & Experience*
1.Master’s degree in administration.
2.Master’s degree in Social Work.
3.Minimum 3~5 Years of Experience in the Japanese MNC.
*Skill and Ability*
1.Good in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher)
2.Good in Communication.
3.Presentation Skills.
4.Team Management, Confidence & Polite.
5.Having at least 2 years’ experience in Payroll and Compliances
6.Japanese MNC will be Additional advantage.
