Job Description

Permanent Address of the Candidate Should be more than 100 kms

JD

1) Ability to read & understand engineering drawings .

2) Ability to understand about projections .

3) Should have very good hands-on experience on handling of Tool Room Machines (Like – Milling, Lathe, Grinding , Surface Grinding, Drilling, & Welding )

(Min-4 yrs experience of hands-on machining on above mentioned machines)

4) Knowledge about engineering material selection , Surface texture knowledge 

5) Hand on Experience to maintain & Inspect Geometrical & dimesnioning tolerances as mentioned in the drawing.

6) Must have good knowledge of Inspection instruments (Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Height gauge , Tool maker’s microscope, All types of gauges , bevel protector etc…)

7) Ability to design the machining process based on the engineering drawing.

8) Should have knowledge about Jig/ Fixture Assy – (Fit & Function) Understanding .

9) Should have self-initiatives , Creative & Very good team player .

10) Should have ability to do the task & manage Tool room activities individually.
