Section: – Store
1.Check & Verify all Invoices with Po for the GRN Processing in ERP.
2.Department wise consumable material issued as per decided consumption.
3.All consumable/Bop material allocated as per defined location.
4.5s Maintained in consumable store.
5.Perpetual inventory of consumables.
6.Min/Max stock maintained as per decided for consumables.
7.KPI activities on monthly/daily basis.
8.Material requirement plan given to purchase for the consumable material on monthly basis.
9.Pending Invoice Issues share with purchase on daily basis.
10.Maintain FIFO for the Bop material.
11.Department wise consumable material transfer on daily basis.
12.Follow up with the production for the monthly consumption.

Section: – Dispatch
1.FG material received from production as per plan.
2.5s maintained on the floor.
3.Packaging material allocated as per defined location.
4.Ensure empty bin are keep in proper manner.
5.Coordinate with drivers for the vehicle location.
6.Physical v/s ERP material.
7.KPI activities on monthly/daily basis.
8.Loading/unloading in proper manner.
9.Follow up with the production for the FG material.
10.Always Follow FIFO in FG.
11.Manpower shift schedule.
12.Resolve dispatch discrepancy issues.
13.Traceability record.
14.Bin/Trolley record.
