Engineer / Sr. Engineer – (Production – Programmer Setter) MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have in Machining Like; CNC/ VMC Process*

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, and Multi-axis machines.

2.Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece approval.

3.Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

4.Modify and improve existing CNC programs for cycle time reduction and productivity enhancement.

5.Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programming, and machine performance.

6.Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.

7.Monitor machine utilization, OEE, and productivity.

8.Minimize machine downtime and setup time.

9.Manage cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and gauges.

10.Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

11.Analyze tool life and implement improvements.

*Technical Skills*

1.CNC Programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi Controllers) VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers

2.CAD/CAM Software (Mastercam, NX CAM, SolidCAM, PowerMill)

3.GD&T Interpretation

4.Process Optimization

5.Tool Selection & Cutting Parameters

6.Hydraulic Component Manufacturing Knowledge

7.Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)

8.Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen
