1.The person should be handle the shift
2.Should be able to achieve production target & rejection control.
3.Able to do TS Documentation ,4M Documentation .
4.Should have good Knowledge of melting & molding ,Sand
5.Well, known about Dematic Line ( Vertical Line ) experience .
6.Can control San properties .
