Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Process Quality MNC for Manesar Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in CNC Machining/ Hydraulic / Precision Machining Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Monitor shop-floor quality during production (CNC / TMC / assembly lines)

2.Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections

3.Ensure adherence to control plans and quality standards

4.Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

5.Work on reduction of rejection and rework

6.Ensure process stability and consistency

7.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean)

8.Maintain control plans, SOPs, work instructions

9.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO standards

*Key Skills*

1.Knowledge of QC tools (7 QC tools, 8D, Why-Why)

2.Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings

3.Process capability (Cp/Cpk) and SPC knowledge

4.Quality documentation and audit handling
