Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – PE (SMT) MNC for Bawal Location

Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Automotive / Electronics Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Develop, validate, and optimize reflow profiles including preparation of profile boards.

2.Resolve technical issues on the manufacturing line to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

3.Manage tools & fixtures including validation, inspection, and periodic maintenance.

4.Implement process improvements using Poka-Yoke and Kaizen methodologies.

5.Drive CAPA, CAR, Lot Hold, NC handling, and QC tools implementation.

6.Ensure proper inventory management across shop floor, material room, and packing room.

7.Maintain and update process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan).

8.Conduct process mapping and continuous improvement activities.

9.Ensure adherence to industry safety standards, ESD, and EOS controls.

10.Provide structured training to operators on machine operations and process standards.

11.Prepare and present reports

*Key Skills:*

1.Sound knowledge of SMT machine programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance

2.Expertise in electronics components handling (including MSL levels).

3.Sound understanding of ESD, EOS, and manufacturing quality systems.

4.Hands-on experience in process tools and quality methodologies.

5.Proficiency in inventory control and shop floor material management.

6.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

7.Knowledge of Lean tools: Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, Kanban.

8.Excellent documentation skills (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan)
