- RFQ & PO Creation, RFQ & PO sending to supplier, ensuring the 100 % material as required.
- Attending PR for RFQ process with supplier for Spares and consumables.
- Price comparison and Issue PO after cost approval from Management.
- Customer invoice processes and dispatch planning.
- Hands on experience on e-nagare of MSIL portal.
- GRN Creation, Issue and Challan creation for job work.
- Import process knowledge like CHA, BOE and logistic etc..
- Material follow up for timely delivery.
- Material Planning, Receiving, counting and verify according to PO.
- Raw material Inventory Check and update the board.
- Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timelines targets.
- Comply with Regulations and ISO, IATF, OHSAS, EMS requirements.
- Word, Excel and Power point knowledge.
- Good experience in SAP MM, FIFO, 5S and Kaizen knowledge.
