1.Attend the Warranty Meetings at Customers, like- (MSIL,TATA, HCIL & TOYOTA)
2.Joint Investigation of Warranty failure claim parts.
3.Initial report preparation of claim parts.
4.Warranty signoff with customers.
5.Initial Failure parts Investigation with Multi meter & DC Voltage
6.Attend the customer complain/Warranty failure parts at customer.
7.Attend the Plant issue along with warranty parts.
8.Customer Complain Handling
9.Knowledge of manufacturing process of Electrical or Electronics parts and their Quality control parameters.
10.Receiving and processing warranty claims from customers/ dealers.
