Should have good experience in Manufacturing Industry
Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspection of components.
2.Maintain quality records such as inspection reports
3.Support implementation of 7 QC Tools
4.Monitor rejection, rework, and PPM data.
5.Support customer complaint handling
6.Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
7.Support documentation for PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan (basic level).
Required Skills:
1.Knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality documentation.
2.Knowledge of Quality Inspection Techniques
3.Basic understanding of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
4.Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
5.Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
6.Basic knowledge of MS Excel
7.Understanding of automotive quality standards
