Job Description

*Should have good Experience in Automotive Industry with Machining Process*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of hydraulic components and assemblies before dispatch.

2.Ensure products comply with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

3.Conduct visual inspection, dimensional inspection, and functional checks.

4.Verify packing quality, labeling, traceability, and dispatch documentation.

5.Prepare and maintain PDI reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.

6.Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely clearance.

7.Identify defects/non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.

8.Handle customer inspection requirements and support customer audits.

9.Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.

10.Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

11.Maintain 5S, safety, and quality compliance on the shop floor.
