Job Description

Should have working experience in Aluminum / Machining Industry

JD
1.Managing all Production related documents, i.e. KPI, Audit Related activity, within the plant.
2.Responsible For Production KPI
3.Hands on experience of VMC & HMC machining centre.
4.Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & & PLC system.
5.Review & Preparing Production Plan along with SCM.
6.Adherence of Production Plan & Monitor P/A
7.OEE Review & Roadmap for Improvement.
8.Rejection Review A3 Analysis.
9.Manpower Planning & Absenteeism Monitoring.
10.B/D, Material non availability & other related issues coordination.
11.Poka Yoke, 5S & TPM Status Review
12.Support build for new product, tools & Fixtures.
13.Support in PFMEA, PFD & Control plan Review & preparation.
14.Review of all production documents. Like SWI, LSW
15.Preparation of training plan & adherence to all associates.
16.Production Periphery Planning & maintain shopfloor ergonomics.
17.Consumables Procurement / Cost Monitoring.
18.Focusing on improvement (Cost & Quality)
19.Responsible For ESH & safety Audits & Quality System
20.Implementation of LSW, Reduction of change over time (SMED)
21.Implementation of Yokoten / Jishuken
22.Digitalization, I 4.0 Implementation.
23.Responsible for machine trouble shooting, Part correction & part programming.
24.Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.

Skill and Ability:
1.Proven work experience as a Production Engineer or similar role.
2.Hands-on experience with different set of machines like Makino & Sugino
3.Good understanding of analysis tools.
4.Ability to prepare all system related documents & release process.
5.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6.Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
7.Fluent proficiency in English.
