*JOB Responsibility*

1.Responsible for daily manpower management based on skill matrix to achieve line target & Update the Skill matrix.

2.Responsible to check the line document of setup approval after Operator fill up data in Daily check sheet, Quality check sheet.

3.Adherence of Daily Productivity & Defect rate target. Prepare countermeasure sheet in case of Gap & report to Senior.

4.Daily Update Shop floor documents i.e., Production Register Manufacturing Process Production Record Sheet, Quality record sheet.

5.Maintain data of Control Change Point management sheet [ Today’s change Points].

6.Monitoring statistical Process control & Fill up Control Chart at line.

7.Maintain record of Lot traceability on daily basis.

8.Maintain the record of tool change in tool history card.

9.Line Machine Time, Hand Time, LCT study & Plan for improve the manpower efficiency.

10.Identification of Muda in Assembly line & Plan for improvement.

11.Assembly line strike zone study for Operators to reduce Muri [ Fatigue].

12.Maintain Inventory data of line related BOP, WIP & Production Consumables.

13.Document Control of IATF16949 Work Instructions, Daily Check, Quality Check, Record graph etc.

14.Document Control of EHS Aspect & Impact, HIRA, Internal External issues of interested parties etc.

15.Maintain 5S & Safety Culture on line.

16.Participate & Prepare documents for KYT, Hiyari Hatto, 5S & Safety audit.

17.Adherence of OJT training & maintain the record.

18.To Depute Manpower at Line based on skill matrix.

*Skills:*

• Assembly Process Line Balancing, Quality Core tools, 5S, KYT, QCC, HH, IATF16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

• Good Knowledge of Assembly Process

• Good working Experience on Man power handling Problem solving tools using

• 5S & Safety culture develop in shop floor

• Motivation & Leadership approach & Certified internal auditor of IATF 16949 & EHS
