Job Description

*Should have good experience in Any Injection Moulding Manufacturing Automobile Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Requirement for Injection Moulding expert in Process Engineering

2.Experience in Plastic Injection moulding machine Process & Control

3.Setup knowledge of Injection moulding machine, supporting equipment’s & Mould

4.Maintain Records/ Troubleshoot Process downtime /Master sample evaluation & control

5.Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen & IATF-16949

6.Process Documents upgradation(Control plan, PFMEA, PFC, Operation Standard etc.) / Defect Reduction

7.Highly & specific Knowledge of Plastics/ Polymers parts manufacturing process

8.Support & mentor in-house injection moulding project
