Engineer – NPD for Bhiwadi Location

Job Description

*Should have good experience in Manufacturing Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Develop new products based on customer and market requirements.

2.Improve existing product designs for performance, quality, and cost optimization.

3.Prepare engineering drawings, CAD models, BOMs, and technical specifications.

4.Handle NPD projects from concept to final production stage.

5.Maintain project timelines, schedules, and development plans.

6.Coordinate with manufacturing teams for DFM/DFA activities.

7.Support tooling, fixture development, and production setup.

8.Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

9.Maintain BOMs, drawings, routing sheets, and technical records.

10.Support PPAP/APQP/FMEA documentation if required.

11.Ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards.

*Key Skill Requirement:*

1.Strong knowledge of mechanical design and product development.

2.Hands-on experience in CAD software such as: SolidWorks/ AutoCAD

3.Knowledge of GD&T and engineering standards.

4.Understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining, tooling, and fabrication.

5.Familiarity with DFM/DFA concepts.

6.Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

7.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
