*Job Duties and Responsibilities*

1.Drawing Study (Machine & Product) & feasibility analysis.

2.PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan Preparation.

3.Knowledge about PLC(Mitsubishi, Keyence), Hardware, Network communication

4.Skill & Knowledge about Robot Programming. (Mitsubishi, Fanuc)

5.Skill & knowledge about Camera Setting & programming (Keyence, Cognex etc.)

6.Poka Yoke & Equipment Master List Preparation.

7.Floor Plan, Periphery Layout Preparation & Optimization.

8.Documentation Release.

9.New Equipment Installation & Commissioning.

10.Programming & Fixtures & tool Settings.

11.Trail N1, N5, N50, C.T Prove Out & Pilot lot build.

12.Process Capability Study

13.Tool Life Prove out, Tool Cost Calculation

14.Improvement Plan. Countermeasure Plan

15.Process Trail and Validation

16.Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.

*Relationship & Authority*

1.Frequent interaction with plant Employees, Prod., Purchase & Customer.

2.Ensuring compliance to standards, change & deviation management.

*Qualification & Experience*

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.

2.Professional experience of minimum 4-6 years’ experience in system or Programming.

3.Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC will be the added advantages.

4.Automotive Manufacturing plant experience is having added advantage.

5.Fluent proficiency in English.

*Skill and Ability*

1.Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer role.

2.Programming & Trouble Shooting experience on Robots (Fanuc & Mitsubishi)

3.Camera Setting & Programming on machines. (Keyence & Cognex)

4.Knowledge & skill about Java & PLC programming.

5.Good understanding of analysis tools.

6.Ability to prepare all system related documents & release process.

7.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8.Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
