JD
1.Responsible for Process Design, Equipment Planning, Feasibility Analysis, Process Documentation & Releases to Shopfloor, Supporting customers in Audit and Technical Closure.
2.Responsible for execution of Quality & Cost Improvement project in Shopfloor.
3.Planning, Execution and Documentation of Process requalification and Process Validation.
4.Review & Updation of Capacity planning as per avl. Vol. & alignment with all stake holders.
5.Focusing & Implementation of smart factory & I4.0 Solution at Shopfloor.
6.Responsible for Plan layout preparation and updation.
7.Responsible for shopfloor Ergonomics & Production periphery planning.
8.Responsible for CNC Milling (HMC, VMC) Programming, Tool & fixture Design & Sequencing.
9.Floor Plan, Periphery Layout Preparation & Optimization.
10.Responsible for change management execution & documentation.
11.Responsible for CT Monitoring & Optimization.
12.Responsible for New Equipment Installation & Commissioning, process capability study, tool life and cost prove out.
13.Responsible for Process Improvements like CT Improvement, Traceability Improvement, MP
14.Optimization, Line Balancing, SMED & So on…
15.Process Trail and Validation
16.Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.

Relationship & Authority
1.Frequent interaction with plant Team, Global Team, Suppliers & Customer.
2.Ensuring compliance to standards, change & deviation management.

Qualification & Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in mechanical / Tool Engineering.
2.Professional experience of minimum 4-5 years in Aluminum or any Machining company.
3.Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC will be the added advantages.
4.Fluent proficiency in English.

Skill and Ability
1.Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer role.
2.Good understanding of analysis tools.
3.Ability to prepare all system related documents & release process.
4.Sound Knowledge on FMEA is Must.
5.Knowledge of time study, line balancing is must.
6.Sound Knowledge on Layout planning.
7.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8.Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
