Job Description

*Job Responsibility:*

​1.Knowledge of PLC & HMI – (Mitsubishi, Omron), programming and troubleshooting control equipment.

2.Servo drive – Maintenance and programming of Omron, Mitsubishi

3.Knowledge of Hydraulics unit operation and maintenance.

4.Knowledge of all type SPM control Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron controller.

5.Good Knowledge of process & Maintenance of all Molding Machines (JSW, Sumitomo)

6.Winding machines, Amada welding machine, Assy line’s machine’s process.

*Skills:*

1.Daily maintenance activity record.

2 Monthly plan Execute & implementation.

3.Make monthly Periodically Maintenance Report.

4.Analysis the critical Breakdown and counter measure action.

5.Done the why-why analysis report for shift Breakdown

6.Monitor spare part and inventory update.

7.Arrange the manpower as per shift.

8.Kaizen Implementation 1/Month.

9.Given training to subordinate.

10.Department 5 S maintain
