1.Develop, review, and implement ESH policies, SOPs, and ensure ISO 14001/45001 compliance.
2.Measure ESH performance through reactive and active monitoring, setting sustainable targets.
3.Identify legal requirements, ensure compliance, and conduct internal safety audits.
4.Investigate accidents, lead corrective actions, and develop risk mitigation plans.
5.Conduct safety inspections, training (Fire Fighting, First Aid, KYT, RA), and awareness campaigns.
6.Support hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRA), and on-site safety planning.
7.Provide administrative support for the Safety & Health and Environmental Committees.
8.Facilitate inter-department safety meetings, ensuring communication between ESH, Operations, and Projects.
9.Oversee waste management, pollution control, and emergency preparedness drills.
10.Perform machine translation of Japanese documents into English and Hindi, prepare reports in HQ designed formats, and manage ESH audits.
