*JOB Responsibility:*
1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
2.Identify and onboard new customers across manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, e-commerce, and other sectors.
3.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
4.Understand customer packaging needs and provide suitable corrugated solutions.
5.Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
6.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to fine-tune sales approach.
7.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and new opportunities.
8.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to expand business visibility.
*Candidate Profile:*
1.Proven experience (6–10 years) in sales of corrugated boxes or packaging products.
2.Strong network of potential clients in industries using corrugated packaging.
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end sales cycle.
5.Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
6.Proficient in MS Office.
7.Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets.
