*Qualifications & Skills:*

1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

2.Proven experience in control system design and PLC automation projects.

3.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (timeline management, scheduling, cost control).

4.Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

5.Hands-on experience in on-site project execution and coordination.

6.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

7.Leadership skills with ability to train and upskill team members.

*Preferred Experience:*

1.Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial automation / control system projects.

2.Exposure to robotics, motion control, or AMR systems will be an added advantage.

3.Familiarity with tools like MS Project for scheduling and project planning
