Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Candidate should ensure the Maintenance of Whole plant machinery & equipments

2.Candidate should ensure the smooth running of machine /equipments as per production plan and req.

3.Candidate should have knowledge of ISO /IATF.

4.Candidate should have experience of Audit correspondance.

5.Candidate should have knowledge/ experience of repair & improvement of shopfloor assembly equip ments and general utilities equipments.

6.Ensure to have preventive and predictive maintenance of all machines/equipments on regular basis.

7.Should have experience of spare parts inventory management.

8.Knowledge & experience in making & modification of New machines ,Jig & fixtures as per requirement.

*Any special experience/Knowledge required*

1.Candidate should have specialised experience of shopfloor machine maintenance along with Utilities experience.

2.Deeper Knowledge of PLC.

*Experience Required*

1.Candidate should have specialised experience of working in maintenance field.

2.Assembly maintenance , Maintenance Document.

3.Candidate should have experience of working with Japanese automobile parts manufacturing company.
