5.Willingness to travel Japan for Training

6.Ability to work in shift operations

7.Should have Passport

*Training in Japan (If Selected)*

1.Selected trainees may be sent to Japan for short-term / long-term technical training.

2.Exposure to Japanese production systems and manufacturing culture.

3.Training on process standardization, productivity improvement, and quality control methods.
