*Key Responsibilities:*
1.Enter and update maintenance data in ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., work orders, job cards, spare parts usage, downtime records).
2.Maintain records for preventive maintenance
3.Update equipment history, machine logs, calibration records, and maintenance checklists
4.Record daily maintenance activities, manpower utilization, and shift-wise reports.
5.Track spare parts consumption and assist in inventory reconciliation with stores.
6.Generate routine maintenance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.
7.Support audits (ISO, TPM, safety, internal/external) by providing accurate maintenance data.
8.Maintain confidentiality and data security of maintenance records.
