*Recruitment*
1.VerIfiction of incoming parts and Inspection reports.
2.Preparing layout plan , child parts 3rd party testing plan.
3.Raised QPR to supplier for defect and collect avidence for closer.
4.Attend all line concern due to BOP parts and resolve after coordinate with supplier
5.Supplier process/ Process audit and improvement .
6.Countermeasure Verification of suplier after QPR closer.
7.Prepare work instruction sheet for incoming inspection.
8.Responsible for incoming part GRN clear in ERP.
9.Responsible for process verification at supplier end during NG parts incoming from supplier .
10.Responsible NPD Jig, Fixer,Gauge VerifIcation supplier end.
11.New parts development/Process validation at supplier end.
12.Monthly MIS Data preparation for SQA.
*Any special experience/Knowledge required*
Knowledge of injection moulding, Sheet metal and Stamping.
