Job Description

*Should have good experience in Aluminum Wheel / Automotive Industry* *

*JD*

1.Handle manpower and lead the inspection team effectively.

2.Monitor and control quality in GDC and Heat Treatment processes.

3.Ensure product quality in die casting operations.

4.Conduct internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.

5.Manage IATF 16949 documentation and compliance requirements.

6.Perform product and process audits.

7.Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for hot shop operations.

8.Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions.

9.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality improvements.

10.Ensure adherence to quality standards in melting, casting, and finishing processes.

*Skills & Competencies*

1.Strong knowledge of: GDC (Gravity Die Casting), Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting & Melting / Hot Shop processes

2.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD & SAP

3.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

4.Good leadership and team handling abilities

5.Excellent communication skills.
