*Key Responsibilities*
​1.To achieve OAR target and Rejection Target in respective section wise as per Department Policy if not achieved then gap analysis and Action plan to make to achieve.
2.Daily monitoring man power plan vs actual. inform to HOD in case of Gap. Line stoppage due to manpower shortage should be Zero.
3.Daily TAKARABAKO meeting coordinate, compile the meeting MOM, & weekly summarize the status.
4.Change point Management [ Weekly review the shop floor change points & Prepare summary]
5.Weekly review Shop floor documents of IATF16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
6.Weekly control the Spare part & Consumable inventory.
7.Weekly monitoring & Control Child Part, WIP inventory in respective area.
8.Ensure daily 100% achievement of Plan vs Actual.
9.Timely Co-ordinate with related department. i.e., HR, PPIC, Maintenance, Engineering, Purchase to achieve PPIC Plan effectively & efficiently.
10.To achieve Industrial Accident “Zero” (Major Accident “Zero”) in respective area.
11.Monthly Safety, 5S & Fire Prevention check in respective area.
12.Adherence of KY training & High-risk work place effective measure.
13.Weekly monitoring & control 5S status in respective area.
14.QC story, Quality circle 5S, Safety training to Leader and DET.
15.IATF16949:2016, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, Quality core tools training to leaders
16.Preparation of the MIS of the respective area- Monthly basis
17.Manpower & Expenses data compile based on actual.
