- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution across all functional teams.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
Workflow Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and lead initiatives for automation, lean practices, or workflow redesign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve turnaround time.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and other resources to meet operational demands.
- Forecast workload and ensure resource availability to avoid bottlenecks.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.
- Enforce workplace safety measures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and present reports on operational performance, resource utilization, cost efficiency, and risk areas.
- Provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team reviews, set performance goals, and support professional development.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
1.Diploma Or BE /B Tech in Electronics.
2.Experience in handling high-volume mobile repair & refurbishment operations.
3.Having good experience in mobile parts sourcing
4.Experience in multi-brand mobile repair operations or service delivery management
5.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
6.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
7.Proficiency in operations management tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.
*Preferred Skills:*
1.Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
2.Experience in managing high-volume operations.
3.Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations relevant to the industry.
