Job Description

*Should have good experience in Aluminum Wheel / Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Manage and supervise Paint Shop operations including Pre-Treatment (PT), Liquid Painting, and Powder Coating.

2.Monitor and control Process & Chemical (P&C) parameters and DSM activities.

3.Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, PPE usage, and safe working conditions.

4.Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of paint defects and implement corrective actions.

5.Handle sample development and new model trials, including robot programming.

6.Design and develop jigs and fixtures for efficient production processes.

7.Maintain process stability, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

*Skills & Competencies*

1.Strong knowledge of painting processes (Pre-treatment, Liquid Painting & Powder Coating)

2.Expertise in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for paint defects

3.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

4.Experience in process control and quality standards

5.Knowledge of IATF, IMS & OHSAS standards

6.Hands-on experience in robot programming

7.Familiarity with 6S, Lean Manufacturing & Kaizen practices
