Job Description

*Should have good experience in Automotive Industry*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Can handle inprocess and QA NPD Activity.

2.Can handle the child part localisation activity and align with customer MSIL,TKM,HMI.

3.Can handle customer audit like VSA,5star & MPA.

4.Responsible for manage master sample validation / calibration.

5.Knowledge about APQP,PFMEA, PPAP , SPC & MSA

6.Preparation of monthly report like MIS.

7.Must be able to handle internal line issue & support containment action.

8.Knowledge about preparation of MIS-P, TIS-P, Control plan etc.

*Requirement*

1.Existing strength is not sufficient for handle all activity and working overburdon.

2.Due to shortage of manpower timely response not provided to customer.

3.Many localization & new model / supplier activity going on so all align as per target date.

*Any special experience/Knowledge required*

1.Knowledge about sheet metal,plastic injection molding & assembly process.

2.Should have experience of in process & customer quality of new part development.

3.Must be familiar with Maru A part requirement OF MSIL.

4.Knowledge about customer requirement like MSIL, TKM ,HMI.
