Job Description

*Should have good Experience in experience in Electronics/ Electrical/ Automotive Industry*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Prepare, track, Control, and monitor the CAPEX/OPEX.

2.Conduct ROI and cost vs benefit analysis based on input.

3.Design efficient Plant, Material movement and workspace layouts.

4.Develop and improvement of material handling processes.

5.Collaborate with departments to implement process improvement methods like digitization

6.Apply techniques such as VSM, line balancing, ergonomics study, motion study, etc to improve the current process

7.Ensure optimal utilization of the resources.

8.Plan and procure resources based on customer demand.

9.Lead Kaizen/process improvement projects.

10.Generate reports on line installations, productivity, safety, quality, and ergonomics.

11.MIS preparation

12.Identify and address bottleneck processes.

13.Understand TPM’s DM Pillar (Development Management Pillar).

14.Monitor & Controlling manufacturing operation cost

15.Machine/Jig/Fixture designing

16.Lead the project related to the improvement in Machine/Jig/Fixture design.
