*Key Responsibilities:*
1.Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
2.Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial reports and MIS.
3.Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
4.Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
5.Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
6.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
7.Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
8.Prepare financial analysis reports for senior management.
9.Support cost control and process improvement initiatives.
10.Manage banking activities and financial documentation.
11.Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
*Required Skills:*
1.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
2.Good understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance.
3.Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting).
4.Knowledge of ERP/accounting software (SAP/Tally/Oracle preferred).
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Good communication and team management ability.
