1.OEM work Experience (Preferred Suzuki Tier1 Exp.)

2.Working Experience (LV & HV Work Exp.)

3.Product management knowledge (APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949)

4.Customer Handling & Team Handling

5.Knowledge of Standard , Procedures, Quality requirement, CSR

6.Strategic thinking & Risk assessment

7.Work Planning & periodization

8.Good presentation skill

9.VAVE knowledge

10.Benchmarking Skills & knowledge of MSIL or other OE.

11.Full project working experience (at Least a complete project of W/H)

12.Change Management (ECN/ECR/CARV/4M change/Change point presentation)

13.Techno & Commercial skills (BOM costing/VAVE Costing / Change point costing)
