Job Description

*Should have good experience in Manufacturing Industry.*

*Job Responsibilities:*

1.Prepare and review drawings according to requirements.

2.Design new parts.

3.Follow specifications and calculations to produce various technical drawings.

4.Ensure that final designs comply with the requirements.

5.Create isometric views of parts.

6.Possess knowledge of 3D software.

7.Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers and incorporate acquired knowledge into drawings.

8.Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.

9.Generate innovative design solutions for problems.

10.Enhance existing processes.

*Key Skills & Knowledge:*

1.Proficiency in VMC, Lathe, and Drilling Machines.

2.Experience in Fixture, Jig, Gauge, and SPC Fixture Design.

3.Lean Manufacturing Methodology.

4.5S.

5.Basic Quality Tools.
