Job Description
• OEE monitoring (Top 8 lines) conduct meeting with line TL & shift engineer & gap analysis Identify actions and implementations.
• Conduct OEE analysis meeting with CFT team every day and action implementation.
• OEE monitoring & Improvement actions.
• Support production activity to improve OEE.
• Conduct Safety audit & Identify abnormalities, unsafe condition & unsafe act.
• Share action plan & get support from relevant department & ensure action implementations.
• Conduct Safety training for New Joines & periodic safety training for trainees & Employees.
• Monitor safety related incidents & Identify actions and Implementation.
• PPE adherence monitoring with shift Engineers.
• Coolant leakage Identification & Initiate actions and implementations (TARGET – ZERO coolant leakage).
• Tool cost Improvement through Trial order system follow-up & Implementation activity.
• Quality system audit one line per week with shift Engineers to ensure all quality related documents.
• Conduct process training for New Joines in shopfloor.
• Maintain training cell with proper training documents.
• Diversity Implementation in Machining Lines
• Changeover time reduction activity.
• To support quarantine Parts clearance and actions implementation
• Safety Steering committee member – To improve safe work environment
• Scrap Improvement activities Implementation
• Tool Cost Improvement
