Job Description

Job Profile:                              

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to take on the dual responsibilities of Company Secretary and Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory and regulatory compliance while also supporting financial planning, reporting, and overall accounts management.

Finance & Accounts Functions

1. Should possess excellent knowledge and exposure to Indian Accounting standards.

2. Should have good work exposure to Daily Accounting & Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

3. Hands-on experience in preparation & finalisation of Financial Statements.

4. Monitor compliance with taxation laws (Direct & Indirect Taxes) and other applicable financial regulations.

5. Support in cost control, cash flow management, and internal financial controls.

6. Should have worked in SAP environment; Imparts good knowledge of FICO module.

7. Generating monthly Accounting reports / Financial reports as per management’s requirement.

Desirable Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and financial management.

2. Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities.

4. Should have worked with a Japanese company, should be well versed with Japanese work culture compatibility.       

Proficiency:      

 Knowledge of SAP, MS Office
