1.Manage and oversee all aspects of production, including planning, design, and manufacturing.
2.Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
4.Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
5.Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve departmental goals.
6.Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and quality control measures.
7.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
8.Knowledge of sheet metal programming software (AP100 / VPSS3I)
9.Knowledge of bending & power press tools and operation.
10.Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
11.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
12.Experience with ERP/SAP systems and other production management software is an asset.
