Job Description

JD:
1.Formulate the department’s 531 strategic plan and the implementation of the operation plan, and organize resource implementation and follow-up
2.Team development, develop and follow up the KPI assessment mechanism of the Department
3.Be responsible for the introduction of new products, new materials, new processes and new equipment into mass production and delivery of trial Run report.
4.Guiding subordinates to complete the analysis of the root cause of the problem
5.Planning and implementation of short-term and long-term improvement measures, preventing the problem from the system level, and outputting FA report or 8D report.
6.Actively apply fish market and SGA improvement tools to improve the ability to solve problems.
7.According to the organization’s positioning, identify the organization’s requirements for the engineer’s ability, recruit talents, formulate the “Department’s annual training plan”, and cultivate the engineer team that meets the post requirements.
8.According to the actual business needs, sort out or optimize the existing workflow, reduce the gray area, standardize the engineering methods and improve the work efficiency
9.Cross-department collaboration, set up WIN-WIN platform and run, 5A \ 5Why \ PDCA tool application, improve the ability to solve problems on the spot.
10.Implementation of IKW concept, lean improvement and engineer thinking in the team.
11.Organize the team engagement activities to motivate and improve team member’s morale.
12.Develop and follow up the KPI assessment mechanism of the Department, regularly review the KPI data and propose targeted improvement measures for the teams and individuals with poor performance.

Knowledge:
1.Process Engineering: Expertise in process design, optimization, and control. This includes knowledge of
2.process flow diagrams, material balances, and process control systems
3.Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency
4.Ensure consistent Yield & quality, such as DMAIC, Sigma control, data intercept, corelation etc.
5.Project Management: Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
6.Team Management and Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
7.Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in using data analysis tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
