Responsibility:
1.According to any decomposition of the team plan, take measures to continuously improve the YU,delivery, efficiency, cost, and safety.
2.Handle, analyze and solve on-site abnormalities to ensure normal and stable operation of production.
3.During the introduction of new product and new process, assist in the experiment of new project and solve the problems on site, and quickly lead the new product and new process into the production line.
4.Analyze, classify and find out the causes of the bad products on the production site, so as to improve the process capacity of each process.
5.Continuously improve process capability, operate at the lowest labor and material cost, and ensure lean production.
6.Cooperate on activities for team integration and building an environment of togetherness.
7.Coordinate PI document editing, MI,BOM,PFMEA, SOP and other documents.
8.New platform / new process parameter DOE verification and development, CTS / CTR risk assessment.
9.Be familiar with 6Sigma, Minitab, DOE and other engineering methods, and be good at using 5M1E to solve problems.
