1.Ensuring products meet customer requirements
2.Carrying out electrical continuity test & Visual inspection
3.Preparation of master sample at zero tolerance for visual inspection
4.Analyzing customer issues and providing permanent action.
5.Weekly process audits of the assembly line to ensure the customer specifications are met as per the Control Plan
6.Responsible for day to day quality department shop floor and taking corrective action on non-conformances.
7.Maintaining and controlling assembly and final product quality.
8.Controlling of line and final inspection.
9.Customer compliant handling.
10.Preparing monthly, weekly, daily quality reports and final inspection.
11.Preparation of corrective actions for customer complaints & inline issues
12.Supervise and execute Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
13.Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to plan daily PDI schedules.
14.Maintain accurate PDI records and documentation.
15.Manage PDI manpower and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
