1.2nd line support in SAP SD module area
2.Solving daily problems related to the system issues
3.Preparing technical reports regarding to IT SAP SD
support service
4.Evaluating (in the first instance) the impact of defects and
problems
5.Verifying that agreed actions relating to problem investigation and clearance, are taken within the agreed timescales
6.Realize Customizing and technical functionality
7.Document reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners
8.⁠ ⁠Ensuring that required data is available for use by those carrying out investigations and ensuring that actions are correct
9.⁠ ⁠Evaluating of the right methods of fixing issues
10.⁠ ⁠Performing SAP SD ABAP debugging

Skills:
1.Min. 2 years of experience in similar role area
2.Professional knowledge in SAP SD technical support
3.Experience in work based on ticket system
4.Professional knowledge in ABAP debugging
5.Automotive Supply Chain experience and knowledge in
6.SAP ERP-systems and processes is nice to have
7.English language skills on min. B2 level
8.Strong interpersonal skills
9.Ability to cope with stressful situation
10.Open for business travels
